LiveBios™ Terms of Use

These Terms govern access to LiveBios™, including its private workspace, living record, profile-development intelligence, public sharing controls, testing access, and related services.

1. Who may use LiveBios

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to agree to these Terms. Public access for minors is not offered at this stage. A future youth experience, if approved, will use separate consent, privacy, safety, and account rules.

2. Your account and cross-platform identity

LiveBios may recognize the same verified account identity used by another authorized Norm Therapy, Inc. service. The same credentials may identify you across participating services, but each service keeps its own mission, profile, permissions, records, plans, and entitlements. Access to one service does not purchase or unlock another service unless an active entitlement expressly says so.

During controlled testing, approved testers may receive temporary, premium-level access without charge. Testing access is revocable, has no cash value, does not promise future commercial access, and may end or change before launch. Commercial access will be governed by the plan, trial, purchase, sponsorship, or other entitlement then in effect.

You are responsible for accurate registration information, reasonable account security, and activity performed through your account. Notify hello@livebios.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. Your living record

You retain ownership of the original content you submit. You give Norm Therapy, Inc. a limited, nonexclusive license to host, process, protect, organize, reproduce, and display that content only as needed to operate LiveBios, follow your sharing choices, maintain revision history, provide requested assistance, meet legal duties, and protect the service.

Your record begins private. A saved record is not public merely because it exists. Public or unlisted sharing requires a deliberate choice. Information you make public can be copied or redistributed by others outside our control.

4. Résumés, documents, and assisted profile development

When you submit a résumé or other supported document for analysis, LiveBios may identify possible profile fields, timeline events, accomplishments, skills, contribution themes, ambiguities, and wording improvements. Results are proposals, not verified facts. You must review them before applying them. LiveBios will not knowingly convert an aspiration into an accomplishment or invent a credential, employer, date, title, relationship, or experience.

5. AI assistance

AI assistance can misunderstand context, omit facts, or produce inaccurate language. It is intended to help organize and express information, not to decide who you are. Your original words remain available under the applicable revision and retention controls. You are responsible for reviewing any proposal before relying on, saving, or publishing it.

6. Important boundaries

LiveBios is not emergency service, medical care, mental health treatment, legal representation, financial advice, employment verification, credential verification, or a substitute for a qualified professional. If immediate safety is at risk, contact appropriate emergency or local support resources.

7. Acceptable use

You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy below. You may not impersonate another person, upload information you have no right to use, violate privacy or intellectual-property rights, misuse another person’s identity, interfere with security, distribute malware, automate abusive traffic, or use LiveBios to exploit, threaten, harass, deceive, or unlawfully discriminate against anyone.

8. Service changes, suspension, and termination

LiveBios is evolving. Features may be added, limited, corrected, or retired. We may suspend access to protect people, investigate misuse, comply with law, preserve evidence, address payment or entitlement status, or protect the platform. Suspension does not necessarily erase records. You may stop using the service and may request account closure, subject to lawful retention, security, dispute, and record-integrity needs.

9. Intellectual property

LiveBios™, Ask Norm™, platform designs, software, service names, and original platform materials belong to Norm Therapy, Inc. or their respective rights holders. Norm Therapy® is a registered trademark. These Terms do not transfer platform ownership, internal methods, prompts, source code, security design, or proprietary doctrine to you.

10. Disclaimers and limits

To the fullest extent allowed by law, LiveBios is provided on an as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, perfect accuracy, a particular outcome, universal compatibility, or that public recipients will honor your intentions. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Norm Therapy, Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. Any legally permitted aggregate liability will be limited to the amount you paid for LiveBios during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply where applicable law prohibits it.

11. Changes and contact

Material changes may require renewed acceptance. The displayed version and effective date identify the governing suite. Mandatory consumer protections and other nonwaivable rights continue to apply. Questions may be sent to hello@livebios.com.

LiveBios™ Privacy Policy

This Policy explains what LiveBios collects, why it is used, who may receive it, and the choices available to you.

1. Information we collect

• Account information, including name, verified email, account identifiers, authentication status, and service entitlements.
• Living-record content, including profile text, stories, timeline events, preferences, revisions, and sharing choices.
• Documents and assisted-development requests you deliberately submit, plus document fingerprints, proposed fields, clarification questions, and your accept or reject decisions.
• Service and security information, including timestamps, device or browser characteristics, approximate network information, audit events, errors, and actions needed to protect accounts and systems.
• Communications, support requests, feedback, and legally required records.

2. Why we use information

We use information to provide and secure accounts, create and maintain living records, produce requested proposals, preserve revision history, honor sharing choices, provide support, prevent abuse, measure reliability, administer testing and entitlements, comply with law, and improve approved LiveBios functions.

3. AI and service providers

Requested AI assistance sends the information needed for that task to approved service providers under protected server-side controls. Provider identities and internal architecture are not exposed through the public experience. Current requests are configured not to create provider-side response history for later reuse. Limited provider retention or safety review may still occur under provider rules, legal requirements, or abuse-prevention controls.

4. Disclosure

We may disclose information to service providers working under our direction, to people you deliberately authorize, to comply with valid legal process, or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, security, or the integrity of the service. We do not sell your living-record content. We do not give an employer, school, family member, sponsor, payer, or another platform automatic access to your private record merely because that entity is connected to you or pays for a service.

5. Public and shared information

Private information remains restricted by default. If you choose public or unlisted sharing, the selected content may be viewed by the intended audience and may be copied outside LiveBios. Changing visibility later cannot retrieve copies another person already made.

6. Retention

We retain account and record information while needed to provide the service, preserve user-requested continuity, maintain revision history, meet legal or dispute obligations, protect security, and enforce rights. A résumé file submitted for analysis is processed for the requested proposal and is not added to the living record as a retained source file unless a future feature clearly asks for separate permission. Structured proposals, document fingerprints, decisions, and audit evidence may be retained with the private record.

7. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No system can promise absolute security. Keep credentials private and report suspicious activity promptly.

8. Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection. You may change sharing choices, reject AI proposals, and request account closure. Some records may be retained where required for legal compliance, security, dispute preservation, fraud prevention, or the integrity of revision and acceptance evidence.

9. International use and adults only

Information may be processed in countries other than the country where you live, subject to applicable safeguards. LiveBios is currently intended for adults. We do not knowingly offer public accounts to children under 18.

AI Assistance Disclosure

LiveBios intelligence helps develop a record. It does not replace the person, silently publish content, or control another service’s mission.

• Assistance begins only from an authorized request or approved feature.
• Your submitted text or document is treated as information to analyze, not as instructions that can override platform safeguards.
• Results are proposals and may contain mistakes. Unknown facts must remain unknown.
• Proposals may identify grammatical person, tense, chronology, narrative purpose, ambiguity, missing context, or clearer wording.
• Résumé results may suggest profile fields and private timeline entries. Nothing should be applied without your review and affirmative selection.
• Existing profile information is not silently overwritten. Public sharing is never inferred from a résumé or AI proposal.
• LiveBios intelligence remains separate from Ask Norm and ContractMentor. A shared identity or financial account does not merge those AI missions or private records.
• Material decisions involving health, safety, law, finance, employment, or professional credentials require appropriate human judgment and, when needed, qualified professional review.

Content and Sharing Policy

You control whether approved parts of your living record remain private, are shared deliberately, or become public.

Private

Only the account holder and narrowly authorized platform personnel or service processes may access the content for approved purposes.

Unlisted or deliberately shared

Only people receiving the intended link or permission should access the content, but a recipient may copy or forward it. Unlisted does not mean legally confidential.

Public

Anyone may view public content. Search engines, archives, screenshots, and third parties may retain copies. Do not publish sensitive information unless you understand that consequence.

Other people’s information

Use care when describing another person. Do not publish private identifiers, confidential records, intimate material, accusations presented as established fact, or content you lack the right to share. A biography can be meaningful without unnecessarily exposing someone else.

Corrections and provenance

LiveBios preserves meaningful revisions and may retain provenance or verification status. A claim can be personal recollection, supported, disputed, or unverified. Presentation does not create official verification.

Cookie and Browser Storage Notice

LiveBios uses necessary browser storage and offers separate choices for optional continuity and measurement.

LiveBios uses session storage to keep a signed-in session active in the current browser tab, remember that the public guide has appeared during that session, and protect continuity while you work. A limited local device identifier may be stored to support legal-acceptance evidence, security, and recovery. Closing the tab or signing out removes session credentials from browser session storage.

Optional functional, analytics, personalization, marketing, and external-service categories remain off until you choose them. Personalization can remember media progress and presentation choices. Analytics can create a pseudonymous first-party visitor identifier for site performance and feature improvement. Private biography content, messages, and protected records are excluded from advertising systems.

Your choices are stored separately on each first-party website because browsers do not permit one site to read another site's cookies. When you sign in, the current choice can also be written to your protected master-account preference record so approved services and native applications can honor it without exposing one service's private content to another.

LiveBios does not sell browsing behavior. Optional providers will not be loaded merely because a category exists. A provider must be approved, disclosed, purpose-limited, and allowed by your applicable choice before optional use begins.

You can clear browser storage through browser settings. Blocking necessary storage may prevent sign-in, acceptance evidence, or workspace continuity.

Acceptable Use Policy

LiveBios is built to preserve dignity, continuity, identity, contribution, and informed participation.

You may not use LiveBios to break the law; exploit or endanger another person; impersonate someone; publish stolen, intimate, confidential, or unlawfully obtained material; falsify credentials; manipulate a person’s identity; harass, threaten, stalk, discriminate, defraud, or extort; distribute malware; bypass access controls; probe or attack systems; scrape protected records; automate spam; interfere with another person’s account; or use generated proposals as proof that an unverified claim is true.

We may limit, suspend, investigate, preserve, or report activity when reasonably necessary for safety, security, legal compliance, evidence preservation, or platform integrity. We will seek to limit exposure and preserve dignity while responding.
